NIA Declares Rs 10 lakh Bounty On Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's Brother Anmol
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh for information leading to the arrest of Anmol Bishnoi, brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, ANI reported.
Anmol has been named in two NIA cases filed in 2022, and his involvement in ongoing investigations in Mumbai, including activities linked to a political party, has brought his name into the spotlight.

Anmol is also wanted in connection with a shooting incident outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan's residence earlier this year. The NIA's move is part of its larger effort to capture individuals involved in organized crime. Authorities are appealing to the public to assist by providing any information on Anmol's whereabouts, stressing that his arrest could uncover valuable details about criminal networks operating across the region.
This announcement comes as the NIA continues its crackdown on organized crime, following a major operation in January, during which it raided 32 locations across Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Chandigarh. These raids, targeting the banned Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and the Lawrence Bishnoi Crime Syndicate, resulted in the seizure of illegal arms, ammunition, cash, and incriminating documents.

The NIA's operations focus on dismantling terrorist-gangster networks involved in crimes such as smuggling arms and explosives, targeted killings, extortion, and terror funding. These networks, including figures like Goldy Brar and Harwinder Singh alias Rinda, have been linked to high-profile crimes like the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala and religious and social leaders such as Pardeep Kumar.
Anmol Bishnoi's capture is seen as crucial to the NIA's broader efforts to combat organized crime and enhance public safety.
