NEET Result 2025: Know How To Download NEET UG 2025 Result Step By Step; Expected Cut Off
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is poised to announce the NEET UG 2025 results. Candidates who took the exam should frequently check the official website, neet.nta.nic.in, for updates. Although the official notification states June 14 as the release date, results could be declared sooner based on previous trends.
Last year, the NEET UG 2024 results were unexpectedly released on June 4, ahead of the scheduled June 14 date. This year, candidates are advised to stay alert and regularly visit the official site for any announcements regarding their results.

Accessing NEET UG 2025 Results
Once available, candidates can download their NEET UG 2025 results online.
To do so, they should follow these steps:
- Visit neet.nta.nic.in and click on 'NEET UG 2025 results' on the homepage.
- After being redirected to a login page, enter your application number and date of birth, then click 'submit'.
- The results will appear on-screen for download.
Alongside individual scores, NTA will also release a list of top performers and additional statistics related to the exam. Candidates should save a copy of their result for future reference.
Understanding Cut-Off Marks
The cut-off marks from last year provide a benchmark for this year's expectations. For general category candidates, a percentile of 50th was required with scores between 720-164. General-PH needed a 45th percentile with scores from 163-129. SC/ST/OBC categories required a 40th percentile with scores between 163-129.
For SC/OBC-PH and ST-PH categories, a score range of 145-129 was necessary to meet the cut-off at the same percentile level. These benchmarks help candidates gauge their eligibility for further processes.
Post-Result Procedures
After receiving their results, candidates must compare their scores against qualifying marks to determine eligibility for NEET counselling. Successful candidates should prepare necessary documents like their NEET scorecard printout for this next stage in medical admissions.
