New Delhi, Nov 21 Prime Minister Narendra Modi tonight condemned the terror attack on a Shiite mosque in Kabul and asserted that "all sanctuaries, safe havens and support to such terrorists must end" for regional peace.
He said that "India stands with Afghanistan" in its fight against terrorism.
