A national conference titled "Ensuring Everyday Essentials: Public Services and Dignity for All" will be part of the celebration. This aligns with this year's theme, "Human Rights, Our Everyday Essentials." The NHRC stated that P K Mishra, principal secretary to the prime minister, will deliver the keynote address at the conference.
