In a recent development, three young candidates from the Aheri subdivision secured government jobs after undergoing training at a free coaching centre supported by the trust in collaboration with Surjagad Ispat Private Limited. The candidates-Deepali Bhaurao Chunarkar from Chintalpeth, Vandana Bhimrao Atram from Akarpalli, and Tirupati Vikas Madavi from Khamancheru-come from economically modest backgrounds, with families engaged in farming, daily wage labour, and small-scale occupations.

Chunarkar has been selected for paramilitary services through the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), while Atram and Madavi have been recruited into the district police force.
