C. Joseph Vijay's close advisor and astrologer Rickey Radhan Pandit Vettrivel has now officially entered the state administration after being appointed as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Chief Minister (Political).

During the exit poll phase, Radhan Pandit dismissed survey predictions and confidently stated that TVK would win between 140 and 170 seats.

"We are going to sweep the election. Our Vijay will become Chief Minister extraordinarily," he had said in an interview to ANI before counting day.
