Media not allowed entry into Delhi Secretariat on AAP's Day One
New Delhi, Feb 16: Media was not allowed entry into the Delhi Secretariat on Monday on the first working day of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government. Journalists from both print and electronic media were denied entry.
"We have orders from senior government officials not to let mediapersons enter the premises," a security person said, claiming having received verbal instructions from the officials to that effect.

Senior officials, however, immediately could not be contacted for response over the matter. The government is expected to hold its first Cabinet meeting at around 4.30 PM to discuss various issues on its immediate agenda.
Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia is scheduled to hold a press conference following the meeting. Meanwhile, Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi met Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at the Secretariat at around 11.45 AM.
