The Congress might contest around 110-115 seats in the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly polls as the seat-sharing talks among the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) partners had an agreement on 260 out of the 288 seats, News18 reported.

However, the alliance partners are yet to come to an agreement on remaining 28 seats. "All the alliance partners are eyeing the same key constituencies, so it's taking time to come to a solution. But we are actively working on a formula that will keep everyone satisfied and give us the best chances of winning," CNN-News18 quoted a senior leader of MVA as saying on the condition of anonymity.
