Transport Arrangements for Devotees

During key bathing days, buses from nearby districts will operate from eight temporary bus stations set up in the outer fair area. This strategy is designed to manage crowds and ensure smooth transit. The Uttar Pradesh Transport Minister, Dayashankar Singh, stated that crores of devotees are expected, with extensive preparations underway for their safety and convenience.

A Command Control Center has been established at the headquarters to provide real-time information and assistance. This center will offer 24x7 support for any issues related to bus operations during the Maha Kumbh Mela. Drivers, conductors, and passengers can rely on this support for assistance.

Communication and Support Systems

Regular communication with the Control Room at Jhunsi, Prayagraj, is mandated. Updates are required every two hours to keep higher management informed. Passengers can contact the Command Control Center through a toll-free number or WhatsApp for immediate help when needed.

The toll-free number 18001802877 and WhatsApp number 9415049606 are available for passenger assistance. Immediate help will be provided as far as possible, ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.
