Lok Sabha Pre-Poll Survey: Is BJP Gaining Ground In West Bengal? Check This Opinion Poll
Ahead of Lok Sabha elections in West Bengal, a pre-poll survey conducted by Lok Poll has offered insights into the outcomes for the state's parliamentary representation. The survey indicates that the Trinamool Congress (TMC) is likely to maintain its dominance, with a projected win of 26 to 28 Lok Sabha seats.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), a significant contender in West Bengal, will likely secure 11 to 13 seats, according to Lok Poll's findings.
Lok Poll's survey also suggests that the Indian National Congress (INC) may secure 2 to 4 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, indicating a relatively limited impact compared to the TMC and BJP.
The actual results on election day will determine the composition of West Bengal's representation in the Lok Sabha, with keen interest from political analysts and the public alike.
The BJP secured 18 out of 42 Lok Sabha seats in the 2019 elections, closely trailing the Trinamool, which won 22 seats. However, the 2021 state polls marked a remarkable comeback for the Trinamool. The BJP is now intensifying its efforts to make significant gains in Bengal, particularly following the emergence of the Sandeshkhali issue as a prominent talking point in the state.
