Lok Sabha election 2014: Polling starts in Lakshadweep

Thiruvananthapuram, April 10: Polling began in India's smallest union territory Lakshadweep Thursday, officials said.

The group of 36 islands, of which 10 are uninhabited, Lakshadweep has an electorate of less than 50,000. A total of 43 polling booths have been set up.
