Lawrence Bishnoi Gang's Shooter's Video Goes Viral; Mathura SSP Suspends 3 Policemen
A video featuring Yogesh, a sharpshooter linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, has gone viral. In this footage, he is seen speaking to local media while in police custody at the Refinery police station. Following the video's release, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shailesh Pandey suspended three Mathura Police officials: Sub-inspector Ramsanehi, head constable Vipin, and constable Sanjay.
Yogesh was apprehended by a joint effort between Delhi Police and Mathura Police. He was wanted in connection with the murder of a gym owner in Delhi. SSP Mathura Shailesh Pandey commented on the arrest, stating that Yogesh had been injured during an encounter and had ties to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The gym owner, Nadir Shah, was killed publicly in South Delhi on September 12.

Lawrence Bishnoi's Alleged Connections
The name Lawrence Bishnoi has surfaced in another high-profile case involving Baba Siddique's murder. Siddique was shot outside his son Zeeshan Siddiqui's office in Mumbai on October 12. This incident heightened security across the city. Two shooters caught at the scene claimed affiliation with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. To date, nine individuals have been detained concerning this case.
On Friday, five more individuals were arrested for allegedly aiding the shooters involved in Baba Siddique's murder. According to a Mumbai police official, these suspects were reportedly in contact with conspirator Shubham Lonkar and mastermind Mohammed Zeeshan Akhtar. Both Lonkar and Akhtar are currently evading capture. Akhtar is believed to have connections with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and is suspected of orchestrating Siddique's assassination.
Claims of a Fake Encounter
In his video statement, Yogesh claimed that his encounter was staged. He also accused NCP leader Baba Siddiqui of having MCOCA cases against him and alleged connections with Dawood Ibrahim. These allegations have added another layer of complexity to ongoing investigations.
The viral video has sparked significant attention and controversy surrounding both Yogesh's claims and his arrest circumstances. Authorities continue their investigation into these serious allegations as they work to uncover further details about the Lawrence Bishnoi gang's activities.
