Land Dispute Details
Farid Khan asserts that the disputed land is vacant government property he has encroached upon for 35 years, using it to store goods and keep domestic animals. However, Deepchandra Lodhi claims ownership of the land. He stated that Khan objected when his family was removing a stone wall.
Both sides have accused each other of assault. Acting on Farid Khan's son Rafiq's complaint, an FIR was registered against Deepchandra Lodhi, his wife Ramvati, and nephew Mantu. Conversely, Deepchandra's complaint led to a case against Farid Khan, his son Rafiq Khan, and grandson Raju Khan.
