Watch: Lady IAS officer makes corrupt panchayat secretary do sit-ups
Bhopal, May 5: A daring female IAS officer in Madhya Pradesh made a panchayat secretary in Singrauli district do sit-ups as a punishment for graft.
The incident took place Nidhi Nivedita, the IAS officer, while inspecting the toilets built in the village found out that the panchayat secretary had forged documents to claim bills.

Nivedita, the Zila Panchayat CEO in the district, found that panchayat secretary Ramsubash Singh had photoshopped images of basin and taps outside toilet and claimed bills.
During inspection there wasn't any wash-basin outside the toilent as claimed in the official papers.
Singh reportedly he admitted to his offence and asked for apology when the officer asked her to do sit-ups as punishment.
She even slammed the official on camera for his corrupt practices.
