Karni Sena Calls Pakistan Woman Seema Haider A "Terrorist"

Karni Sena, a right-wing group based in Rajasthan, has raised objection to Pakistan woman Seema Haider's stay in India and called her a "terrorist".

It has warned that she will be thrown out of the country if the authorities failed to send her back to Pakistan. Seema Haider left her country and entered India illegally to be with her Hindu boyfriend Sachin Meena.

"I would call such an individual a terrorist, as nobody has checked her. She should have been checked. Maybe she has a chip implanted in her body. Our relationship with Pakistan is not good. We will not tolerate this at all in Hindustan," India Today quoted Karni Sena's national vice-president Mukesh Singh Rawal as saying. He said India is not an orphangae while calling Haider a "Pakistani agent".

He said the individual in question could be described as a potential threat, as her background hasn't been properly verified.

"I would call such an individual a terrorist, as nobody has checked her. She should have been checked. Maybe she has a chip implanted in her body. Our relationship with Pakistan is not good. We will not tolerate this at all in Hindustan," Rawal added.

"We would welcome UP ATS (Anti-Terrorism Squad) quick action. If no action is taken, we will throw her (Seema Haidar) at the Pakistani border," said the Karni Sena leader.

Mukesh Singh Rawal insisted on a thorough scanning of Seena Haider to ensure there were no concealed devices implanted within her. "August 15 is approaching and there could be some planning related to it. Why has she been given so much attention? Why has she been left out in the open? She should be sent out of India as soon as possible," he added.

Just days ago, another right-wing group the Gau Raksha Hindu Dal issued a 72-hour deadline for her to leave the country. "We won't tolerate a woman from a traitorous nation. If Seema Haider does not leave the country in 72 hours, we will begin an agitation," said Nagar.

Seema Haider, a married Muslim woman from Pakistan and mother of four, came across 22-year-old Sachin Meen on PUBG during the pandemic in 2020. "We became friends and our friendship turned to love and our chats became longer -- every morning and night -- before we finally decided to meet," AFP quoted the 27-year-old woman as saying.

After falling in love, she left her country and married him in Nepal. She then went back to her country, sold her property for flight tickets and a Nepal visa from where she illegally entered India with her four children to stay with the man whom she married in May.

The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) interrogated her and Sachin in Noida on Monday.
