JEECUP Counselling 2025: Registration for First Round UP Polytechnic Opens @jeecup.admissions.nic.in

The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh, has initiated the registration for the first round of counselling for polytechnic diploma courses. Candidates who passed the JEECUP 2025 exam can register from June 27 on the official website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in.

After registration, candidates must complete their choice filling and locking by July 2, 2025. This involves selecting and locking preferred colleges in order of preference. The seat allotment process will commence on July 3, based on these choices.

Documents Required for JEECUP Counselling

Participants in the JEECUP counselling need several documents. These include the JEECUP admit card and rank card for 2025. Additionally, they must provide mark sheets and certificates from their qualifying exams, a character certificate, and a migration certificate if applicable.

A reservation certificate is necessary if applicable. Two passport-size photographs are also required along with a domicile certificate. Candidates should bring two photocopies of all these documents to ensure smooth processing during verification.

Post-Counselling Process

Once registration and choice filling conclude, seats are allocated based on choices and merit. There will be seven rounds of seat allotment results published throughout the process.

Candidates allotted a seat must pay a ₹3,000 acceptance fee. Document verification will occur offline at designated centres. Candidates need to present hard copies of uploaded documents for verification at their assigned institutions.

If candidates fail to report to their verification centre, their admission will be cancelled. It is crucial to adhere to all deadlines and requirements to secure admission successfully.
