A message on WhatsApp read, "Advance notice on one more Modi Surigical Strike." This message goes on to talk about what Prime Minister Narendra plans to do further in curbing black money. This time it about a digital locker in banks which can be opened only in the presence of a government revenue officer.

WhatsApp groups are flooded with messages such as these since Modi declared Rs 500 and 1,000 notes invalid. Strangely all messages end with, 'Confirmed," although calls to several sources never result in any sort of confirmation.

However this has been strongly denied by Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley. Completely incorrect he told a television channel.
