India@70: Trump calls Modi to convey Independence Day greetings
US President Donald Trump on Monday called Prime Minister Narendra Modi to convey his greetings on the eve of India's 71st Independence Day.

Modi took to Twitter to inform this and appreciated Trump's 'warm felicitations'.
Modi and Trump met for the first time when the Prime Minister visited the US in June this year. The two leaders talked terrorism, trade, energy and security, expressing confidence that the ties between the two countries 'never looked brighter.'
Trump had also called Modi as a 'true friend' ahead of his US visit.
Prime Minister Modi will address the nation tomorrow from the ramparts of the Red Fort on the Independence Day.
