How The Holy Ayodhya App Helps Find Budget Stays Near Ram Mandir

The Ayodhya administration has launched a new app called 'Holy Ayodhya,' exclusively tailored for tourists visiting the Ram Mandir. Crafted by the Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA), this app facilitates the booking of budget-friendly homestays in Ayodhya, presently accessible only for Android users. Its user interface resembles typical hotel booking apps, but the listings exclusively feature accommodations in Ayodhya, with room rates averaging around Rs 1000.

It's important to note that the 'Holy Ayodhya' app primarily showcases homestays, not commercial establishments like hotels. The administration reported that 500 buildings in Ayodhya city are registered as homestays, providing approximately 2200 rooms for tourists under this initiative.

To book a room via the app, tourists need to provide a valid phone number and confirm their reservation by making an upfront payment. Regarding cancellations, a full refund is granted for free cancellations made 24 hours before the check-in time. However, cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. The general check-in time for most rooms is 2 PM.

Meanwhile, preparations are underway to welcome around 8000 invited visitors. This includes 5000 individuals from Sant Samaj, expected to arrive via various modes of transportation. The administration is formulating a comprehensive plan for their accommodation and managing their movement during the journey.

In anticipation of the event scheduled for January 22, a dedicated corridor is slated for construction to ensure smooth traffic flow during VVIP movement. This corridor will link key areas of Ayodhya, such as the Ayodhya Airport and Railway Station, catering specifically to the movement of VVIPs.
