Explaining the structure, Bali said the Platinum Card costs Rs 99,000 and stays valid for three years. The Gold Card is priced at Rs 75,000 with a validity of two years. The Silver Card costs Rs 50,000 and remains valid for one year. Bali said the scheme could suit frequent travellers, families and corporate organisations.

Under the scheme, cardholders will get a 50 per cent discount on room tariffs. Members will also receive 20 per cent off food items at HPTDC properties. A 10 per cent discount will apply to both hard and soft beverages. Members can book up to two rooms at a time.

HPTDC tourism push and heritage properties

Bali said HPTDC was working to bring in more tourists through new ideas and customer-friendly packages. Bali also pointed to heritage properties that draw steady interest. These include Chail Palace and Peterhof. Bali said such sites appeal to visitors seeking history, culture and hospitality together.

HPTDC Managing Director Rajiv Kumar and General Manager Anil Taneja attended the launch. Senior officials of the corporation and other dignitaries were also present. The event combined the membership rollout with the updated website launch. HPTDC said the scheme aimed to improve services across its properties in Himachal Pradesh.
