Haryana's Deadline for Parivaar Pehchan Patra Complaint Resolution
Haryana's Chief Secretary T.V.S.N. Prasad has instructed all Deputy Commissioners (DCs) and Additional Deputy Commissioners (ADCs) to resolve complaints related to the Parivaar Pehchan Patra by July 8. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will review the camps' functioning on July 9.
During a video conference, Prasad reviewed the progress of grievance redressal camps with DCs and ADCs. He praised the officers for their efforts in addressing citizens' concerns promptly, calling it the primary duty of civil administration.

Prasad stressed the importance of meeting public expectations and instructed officers to adhere strictly to the daily camp schedule from 9 am to 11 am. He mentioned that videography is being conducted to ensure transparency and accountability. A video wall will be set up at the Secretariat to monitor activities across districts and sub-divisions.
The Chief Secretary also directed officers to forward complaints related to policy matters to Dr. Priyanka Soni, Special Secretary, Monitoring & Coordination. This will help coordinate with various departments at headquarters for timely and effective issue resolution.
The meeting included Chief Minister's Principal Secretary V. Umesh Shankar, Nodal Officer for the Grievance Redressal Cell Chandrashekhar Khare, Joint Secretary Monitoring & Coordination Cell Meenakshi Raj, and other senior officers.
Prasad highlighted that the initiative is receiving widespread appreciation from the public. He emphasized that living up to people's expectations is crucial for civil administration.
He informed that videography ensures transparency in grievance redressal camps. Additionally, a video wall at the Secretariat will monitor these activities across different districts and sub-divisions.

The Chief Secretary reiterated that all complaints related to Parivaar Pehchan Patra must be resolved by July 8. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will personally review the functioning of these camps on July 9.

The meeting was attended by several senior officers, including V. Umesh Shankar, Chandrashekhar Khare, and Meenakshi Raj.
