The incident happened at around 9 AM when Binesh Sharma, HR head of Mitsubishi, while he was on his way to his office in Manesar. Two bike-borne assailants intercept Binesh Sharma's car on gun point. The accused has been identified as Joginder, who was sacked over his "unprofessional behaviour". It is learnt that Joginder had then threatened Sharma with dire consequences which the latter didn't take it seriously.
