Breaking: Haryanvi Singer & Alleged Gangster's Nephew Arrested Over Threats to Music Director
A Haryanvi singer and a man claiming to be the nephew of gangster Kala Jatheri have been arrested by Gurugram police for allegedly threatening to kill the director of Gem Tunes Music Company. The accused were apprehended from Sector 37, with two mobile phones recovered from their possession.
On Tuesday, Gurugram police reported the arrest of a Haryanvi singer and a man who claimed to be the nephew of notorious gangster Kala Jatheri. The two are accused of threatening to kill the director of Gem Tunes Music Company.
Threats Against Music Director

The police were alerted to the situation when the director filed a complaint at Sector 37 police station on September 17th. He reported receiving a threatening phone call from an individual known as Deepak alias Kachcha. This caller identified himself as being related to gangster Kala Jatheri and warned that he would kill the director unless he terminated his company's contract with Haryanvi singer Manoj alias Guru.
Arrests Made
In response to this complaint, an FIR was registered and action taken swiftly by law enforcement. A team from Manesar crime unit arrested both suspects in Sector 37 on Monday, according to official reports. It was disclosed that Deepak is originally from Jatheri village in Sonepat while Manoj hails from Shiv Nagar in Hisar district.
Evidence Seized
The authorities also stated that they had seized two mobile phones along with SIM cards from their possession during their arrest, which could potentially serve as further evidence against them.
Motive Behind Threats
Digging deeper into motive behind these violent threats, it emerged during interrogation that Manoj had signed a five-year contract with Gem Tunes Music Company. Under this agreement, it was stipulated that all his music would be released exclusively through this label.
This case highlights some serious concerns about criminal infiltration into entertainment industries like music production where disputes over contracts can escalate dangerously if not handled professionally and legally. It serves as a stern reminder for those in the industry to be vigilant and proactive in ensuring their safety and legal rights.
Conclusion
As this case unfolds, it will serve as an important example of how law enforcement is working tirelessly to maintain peace and security within the music industry. It also underscores the importance of proper contractual agreements within any business sector, especially where high stakes are involved. The swift action taken by Gurugram police should serve as a deterrent for anyone contemplating using threats or violence to settle professional disputes.
