Govt to issue order on farm loan guidelines soon

Bengaluru, July 30: Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy said that State Government has waived off agricultural loans to the tune of 49000 crores and a Government order on guidelines will be issued soon.

He directed District Commissioners and CEOs to implement loan waiver scheme transparently during meet with DCs of 30 districts held in Vidhan Soudha.

According to reports, the CM running a coalition government with the Congress exuded confidence saying, 'The coalition govt will complete its full term of 5 years. and instructed the officials not to bother about media reports."

Meanwhile, Dy CM Dr. Parameshwara pulls up DCs over bad conditions of government hospitals. He also questioned the DCs over drug mafia.

Ministers HD Revanna, KJ George, RV Deshpande, GT Devegowda and Chief Secretary TM Vijayabhaskar attended the meeting.
