Google goofs up, shows PoK as part of Pakistan

Following this, the Government of India issued a notice to the internet giant Google for the same.
"Any wrongful depiction of Indian map and its boundaries is liable for action under the India Information Technology Act. Google has been asked to immediately correct this inaccuracy," said Sachin Pilot, Minister of state for telecom and IT.
As per a report by IBNLive, Google has intimated that the 'Google Insight for Search' team has been informed and changes will be made immideately.
Meanwhile, Sachin Pilot has asked the IT department to survey all such goof ups by different companies and correct them. He also said that the government is waiting for the response of Google and will take appropriate action at an appropriate time.
Mast year too, Google's satellite map showed parts of Arunachal Pradesh as parts of China.
