Get ready to go to jail, BJP tells Arvind Kejriwal
New Delhi, Jan 8: Lashing out at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over his fresh attack on the Modi government, BJP today accused him of taking one unconstitutional step after another and asked him to be "ready to go to jail" in the defamation case filed by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
The Kejriwal government has been a "complete failure" and the chief minister has been resorting to levelling politically -motivated charges against BJP leaders to "hide" its failures and "protect" his principal secretary who is facing corruption charges, the party alleged.

"Kejriwal and his associates should be prepared to go to jail. His government has taken a number of unconstitutional decisions to hide its failures and corruption," BJP national secretary Shrikant Sharma said.
The APP government was making these "motivated" attacks to scare the central government and other institutions, he alleged.
"It is a government led by a person (Modi) born in a poor family who is determined to root out corruption. Kejriwal is notorious for levelling baseless charges," he said.
The Delhi chief minister should read the Constitution and stop taking unconstitutional decisions, he said, adding the city government was spending huge amount of public money on publicity campaign instead of using it for people's welfare.
"Its publicity budget is many times more than the previous governments," Sharma claimed.
BJP's charge came after a defiant Kejriwal said the Commission of Inquiry constituted by the Delhi government would continue its probe into alleged irregularities in DDCA even after it was declared illegal by the Home Ministry.
