Maharashtra & Haryana Assembly Election results: As it happened

While both the BJP and the Congress have parted ways with their respective alliances, it is time to see whether how badly or not it hurts. The results are the deciding factor of whether the alliances will be taken back or they should remain independent.
Counting of votes in 288-assembly seats Maharashtra has ended with BJP winning 123 seats, Shiv Sena-63, Congress-42, NCP-41, MNS-1 and Others-18 seats.
In Haryana, BJP won 47 seats, INLD-19 and Congress-15 in the 90-assembly seats.
