DMK women's wing demo demands prohibition in Tamil Nadu

Salem, Mar 8: DMK women's wing staged an agitation here in front of the Collectorate here today, demanding implementation of prohibition in Tamil Nadu .

DMK MP Kanimozhi, who addressed the gathering, demanded that all state run liquor shops be closed. She alleged that five lakh Self Help groups in various activities formed during the earlier DMK rule had been 'ruined' by the present AIADMK government In five years of AIADMK rule, the government machinery had been completely paralysed, she alleged.
