Delhi, MP, Rajasthan Opinion Poll: BJP Likely To Register Landslide Victory, Predicts Survey
With Lok Sabha elections around the corner, news agencies and media houses are trying to check the political pulse and mood of the nation. By talking to the voters personally and telephonically, India TV and CNX collected sample data to predict the results and vote share for political parties in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024.
The Election Commission of India (ECI), through a post on micro-blogging site X, on Friday notified that a press conference will be held on Saturday at 3 pm to announce the dates for the General Elections and Assembly Elections for Sikkim, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and Arunachal Pradesh.

Though it is going to be a neck and neck battle between the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and Congress' Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance aka INDIA Bloc in most of the states, still opinion poll suggests an edge to the ruling government in some regions like Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
The national capital has 7 Lok Sabha seats, while Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh have 25 and 29 seats. The data has predicted a landslide victory for NDA in all three regions with around 50% vote share. However, it is not going to be easy for any side, and state parties may emerge as the kingmaker in this election. Political parties are not leaving any stone unturned to woo the voters and making big promises ahead of the polls.
The opinion polls hinted that BJP may win all 7 seats of Delhi, 25 seats of Rajasthan, and 29 seats of Madhya Pradesh.
Looking at the past performance, political pundits have predicted a victory for the BJP, underlining that the party may face some trouble due to a change of candidates, who did not perform up to the expectations of the people. Still, Modi's magic and developments like Ram Mandir's inauguration, scrapping of Article 370, implementation of CAA, and many other government policies may polarize and get the votes for the ruling party.
