Delhi Is Not Safe! Kejriwal Hits Out At Amit Shah After Man Coming Back From Morning-Walk Killed In Shahdra

In a shocking and terrifying incident, a man coming back from morning walk was shot dead in Delhi's Shahdra area. According to the reports, two unidentified assailants opened up firing at the victim later identified as 52-year-old Sunil Jain, a resident of Krishna Nagar.

Prima facia, Police have learned that the victim was a businessman of utensils and it looks like it is a case related to the demand for ransom, however, police have lodged a case and an investigation is underway.

Rising incidents of loot and killings have put a big question mark on the situation of law and order in the National Capital Region. The Delhi Police comes directly under the Minister of Home Affairs.

Talking to the media, DCP Shahdara Prashant Gautam said, "A person, Sunil Jain was found with gunshot injuries in the Farsh Bazar PS area. He was reported to have been shot by two persons who came on a motorcycle. The Crime Team has been called to the spot. Further investigation is in progress."

Reacting to the latest incident, former Delhi Chief Minister and AAP Supremo Arvind Kejriwal once again slammed the Centre and underlined the deteriorating Law and Order situation. "Amit Shah ji has ruined Delhi. He has turned Delhi into a jungle raj. People are living a life of terror everywhere. BJP is no longer able to handle the law and order situation in Delhi. The people of Delhi will have to unite and raise their voices."
