Delhi Court Sends Red Fort Blast Accused Muzammil Ganai, Adeel Rather, 2 Others To Another 10-Day Custody

Dr Muzammil Shakeel Ganai, Dr Adeel Ahmed Rather, Dr Shaheen Saeed, and Irfan Ahmad Wagay have been placed in 10-day judicial custody by the Patiala House Court in connection Delhi bomb blast. This decision followed the end of their initial 10-day custody period.

The Delhi Police have discovered two more hideouts linked to Dr Muzammil Ganaie. These locations were reportedly rented under false claims and used for several months. Investigators are actively working to uncover more connections in this complex case.

Delhi Blast: Police Uncover New Details

A total of seven individuals have been arrested in connection with a "white-collar" terror module uncovered by the Jammu and Kashmir Police. This network is directly tied to the Delhi explosion, and investigations are ongoing to reveal the full extent of involvement.

The powerful blast occurred on the evening of November 10, in a Hyundai i20 near Lal Quila Metro Station. The explosion claimed 15 lives and injured several others, with multiple vehicles damaged in the vicinity.

Further Investigations into the Hideouts

Authorities have traced Ganaie's connections to two additional hideouts. These were rented under false pretences, with one located in Khori Jamalpur village. Ganaie allegedly told the owner he intended to start a fruit business. The house, consisting of three bedrooms, a hall, and a kitchen, was located above a plastic workshop.

Initial investigations have linked the explosion to a terror module recently discovered in Faridabad. Various suspects have already been apprehended, with law enforcement working tirelessly to dismantle the network behind the attack.

National Investigation Agency's Role

According to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), efforts continue to track individuals connected to the attack. "The agency continues to pursue various leads in connection with the suicide bombing, and has been conducting searches across states in coordination with the respective police forces in a bid to identify and track others involved in the gruesome attack," the NIA stated.

As part of the investigation, the NIA team brought Ganaie back to the village where he had rented a property. They questioned Jumma Khan, the property owner, for several hours about Ganaie's stay and activities during his residence there.
