Delhi-based Bengali couple murder: Woman's dead body found from Yamuna
New Delhi, Nov 13: In the sensational double murder case of a Delhi-based Bengali couple, the dead body of 27-year-old Moumita Das was found on Thursday from the River Yamuna in Purola area of Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand.
According to a report published in IBN Live, the family members of Moumita reached Uttarakhand to claim her body.

All four accused- the cab driver- Raju and his accomplices- Bablu, Guddu and Kundan were arrested on Wednesday, Nov 12.

The Uttarkhand police, who had recovered 24-year-old Aviji Paul's body, had performed his last rites even without informing his family members, the report said.
Both the young couple's vacations turned into a tragic end of their lives when they reached Uttarakhand on October 23, to celebrate Diwali.
On October 24, they hired a cab driver-Raju Das to take them to Tiger Fall, who was joined by his three aides.
While returning from Chakrata, the four asked the couple to step out of the car and robbed them.
Then, they allegedly stargulated Avijit and threw him off the cliff.
One of the accused 27-year Bablu confessed that he had raped Moumita before murdering her and throwing her body from the hill top.
Moumita hailed from Kalyani area of Nadia district in West Bengal while Avijit was from Dum Dum near Kolkata.
The couple were staying in South Delhi's Lado Sarai area.
Moumita was teaching at a school in Gurgaon while Avijit was a painter.
