Cyclone Hudhud: After Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, others 'play' real-life heroes

Hyderabad, Oct 15: Vizag may have been devasted by cyclone Hudhud, but with their heroes by their sides, it will bounce back soon. The reel-life heroes are the real-life heroes here, standing by their fellow-men at the time of need.

The Telugu Fim industry's angry young man-Ram Charan Tej-has announced Rs 10 lakh for the A P Chief Minister's Relief Fund and also Rs 5 lakh to the local Ramakrishna Mission for taking up relief work.

It was cash flooding from the stars thereafter. Pawan Kalyan announced Rs 50 lakh [Read], Mahesh Babu Rs 25 lakh, Jr NTR and Allu Arjun each announced Rs 20 lakh.

Another new-bee Sampoornesh Babu said he would be contributing Rs 1 Lakh and was seen helping in relief work by distributing rice, milk and vegetables.

In a press conference, Ram Charan Tej said,"it was only appropriate that we help the victims in battered Visakhapatnam and other areas. They watch our films. We cannot be indifferent to their plight now."

Meanwhile, chocolate boy Mahesh Babu also asked his fans to contribute in the relief operations.
