Court asks media not to publish chargesheet content in Shraddha case
The Saket Court in Delhi on Moday restrained all media houses from publishing and disseminating content of the chargesheet, including digital evidence, in the Shraddha Walkar murder case.
Appearing for Delhi Police, Special public prosecutor (SPP) Amit Prasad said on Monday, ''The police had approached the court on credible information that one of the media houses has accessed the audio-video evidence related to narco test and Practo app and is likely to disseminate the same today.''

Earlier on March 21st, the Delhi Police played before the court an audio clip from the Practo app through which Shraddha had booked a session with a psychologist, and argued that the couple's live-in relationship had a violent past.
During its arguments in court, Delhi Police said there are "incriminating circumstances revealed through reliable and clinching evidence which form a chain of events" which leads to an irrefutable conclusion about the guilt of the accused.
Earlier on February 21, a magisterial court committed the case to the Sessions court after taking cognisance of the 6,629-page chargesheet filed by Delhi Police on January 24.
Aftab had strangled Shraddha on May 18 and sawed her body into several pieces, which he kept in a fridge for almost three weeks at his residence in South Delhi's Mehrauli area. He then scattered the remains across Delhi over the next few weeks.
