Civilian injured in Pakistan firing in Jammu region
Jammu, Sep 18: A civilian was on Friday injured in shelling by Pakistan army along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district.
"One civilian identified as Muhammad Ashraf, son of Gul Muhammad Bheroti of Basooni village, was seriously injured in Pakistan shelling in Balakot sector today (Friday)," A police official told IANS in Jammu.

"The injured has been shifted to hospital for treatment," he added.
"Indiscriminate shelling and firing started from Pakistan side at 6.30 a.m. and is still going on. Indian Army has also started appropriate retaliation," the official said.
