Limited Offer for Limited Cities: Book SpiceJet flight ticket at Rs 1,999

Bangalore, Sept 12: Low-cost domestic airline

once again has come up with an interesting offer. This time the airline has been offering flight ticket at Rs 1,999 all inclusive.

However, this new offer by SpiceJet is limited for a few metro cities and for limited period. Tickets under the offer can be booked between Sept 12, 2014 and Sept 16, 2014 for travel between the periods Oct 7, 2014 and Jan 15, 2015.

The new offer is applicable only direct domestic flights which includes Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata. The airline officials informed that the fares charged under this offer are non-refundable and non-changeable (taxes and fees are refundable).

Earlier the airline had offered flight tickets at Rs 599 and Rs 1,999. The low one-way base fare tickets of the no-frill carrier were available till Sept 10, costing Rs 599 for travel between Jan 16 to Oct 24, 2015. Under scheme of Rs 1,999, people can travel between Oct 7, 2014 and Jan 15, 2015.

In an official statement, SpiceJet CEOSanjiv Kapoor had said, "SpiceJet has been one of the main drivers of demand stimulation and market growth this year... This demand stimulation has been a win-win, with airlines earning more revenues, with travellers getting fantastic deals, and with the travel industry and economy at large getting a boost."
