Aarushi Judgment Day: Parents' hearing in Ghaziabad

New Delhi, Nov 25: A CBI court will decide today whether

. The parents were arrested on circumstantial evidence. The dentist couple would be produced at Ghaziabad court today for the Judgement.

Since 2008, the twin murder at the Noida residence of the Talwar's has been a mystery. Aarushi, just days short of her 14th birthday was found dead in the bedroom of her apartment and their domestic help Hemraj was found dead on the terrace of the house a couple of hours later, ruling out Hemraj as the prime suspect.

On further investigations, suspicion landed three of Hemraj's acquaintances in jail. But were later released as there was no evidence to pin them.

Given the way both the victims were murdered surgically, CBI raised its fingers on the Talwars and since then the battle begun.
