26/11 carried out by Pak-based group, says former Pakistan NSA
He added that it was a classic trans-border terror event
Pakistan's former National Security Advisor General Mahmud Ali Durrani on Monday said that the November 26, 2008 attacks in Mumbai was carried out by a terror group based in Pakistan. He was speaking at the Institute of Defence Studies and Analysis in New Delhi.
""26/11 Mumbai attack carried out by a terror group based in Pakistan is classic trans-border terrorist event," ANI quoted Mahmud Ali Durrani.

Durrani was Pakistan NSA when 10 terrorists sneaked into Mumbai and killed at least 164 people in co-ordinated attacks in several locations including Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminal, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, the Oberoi Trident Hotel, Nariman House Jewish Centre, and the Leopold Cafe.
"Hafiz Saeed has no utility, we should act against him," Durrani said about the Lashkar-e-Taiba founder.
