UP: 19-year-old gangraped in Bareilly, act recorded on mobile phone

Bareilly (UP), Apr 20: A 19-year-old girl was allegedly offered drink laced with sedatives by three youths who then raped her and filmed the act on mobile phone, police said today.

The incident took place yesterday when one of the accused identified as Shubham took the girl to a hotel where he was joined by Shivam Kumar and Sachin.

The girl was offered a drink laced with sedatives and after the girl fell unconscious, the trio raped her, police said, adding, they also made an MMS of the act.

Later, after gaining consciousness, the girl reached home and informed her parents about the incident following which an FIR was lodged today, police said.

Rape has been confirmed in the medical report, they said, adding that hunt is on to nab the accused.
