Looks like AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal will think twice before travelling by business class in any airline, thanks to a picture that went viral on the internet on Thursday.

Kejriwal has been under attack for travelling in business class with many criticising him and the AAP.

Kejriwal faces the heat, yet again!

How it all started

It all began when Kejriwal left for a five-day visit to Dubai and New York on Thursday. First he will arrive in Dubai where he will be felicitated for Asia's most inspiring and young social change maker at the World Brands Summit.

However, shortly after he was aboard, a picture of him in the business class started doing the rounds on the internet, with many criticising him for travelling in the lap of luxury.

Little did he realise that one picture of him in the business class would create such a flutter.

Why Kejriwal received flak

Kejriwal, who always stresses on maintaining the image of an aam aadmi, soon faced a lot of heat from many people including politicians.

Politicians said that the real face of AAP had come out in the open. "AAP does not do what it says and does what it does not say," said Congress person Shobha Oza.

Many questioned that this was the same man who had shunned a government bungalow for a humble abode and a Wagon R for an official vehicle with the red beacon, so why should he travel in the business class?

AAP backs Kejriwal

The AAP however soon rallied back behind it leader and said that the airline ticket was organised by the organisers and that the entire itinerary and details of the trip was made public .

" The party is surprised at the attempts to rake up an unnecessary issue when all details are in the public domain," AAP said in a statement.

"Is it a crime to travel by business class. Has anyone asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi why he used private jets of industrialists during the Lok Sabha election campaign," said AAP leader Ashutosh.

So we think that Mr Arvind Kejriwal must give the business class a miss next time he is flying and save himself from all the criticism.
