According to the reports, Sania Mirza has given "khula" which refers to the right of a Muslim woman to unilaterally divorce her husband.

In 2010, Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza got married in Hyderabad. Shoaib had married Sania after getting divorced from Ayesha Siddiqui, and now Sana Javed is his third wife.
