While his earlier 2025 release L2: Empuraan reportedly scored a much heftier sum, Thudarum's deal reflects shifting trends in the star's market value.

If we go by the IMDB, the rights were sold for Jio Hotstar for Rs 20 crore. However, his Empuraan was sold for Rs 60 crore by the same platform.
