Shriram Natarajan Health Update: In a major relief to the well-wishers of Tamil actor Shriram Natarajan, director Lokesh Kanagaraj on Friday said that the latter is under expert medical care and will be taking a break from social media sites.

Shriram Natarajan had hogged people's attention after posting bizarre videos on his Instagram account. His captions in the videos hinted that he was interested in doing adult content. However, the pattern in which he shared the clips indicated that he was upset and needed medical care.

What Lokesh Kanagaraj Said?

In a press release, Lokesh Kanagaraj, who had earlier worked with Shriram in Maanagaram, said that the doctors have advised the young Tamil actor to take a break from social media sites.

The statement read: "We would like to inform all well-wishers, friends, and members of the media that Actor Shriram is under expert medical care and is currently taking some time off from social media following his doctor's advice."

The Vikram creator requested media and people to not spread misinformation and requested privacy.

"We kindly request everyone to respect his need for privacy as he focuses on his recovery and well-being. Speculation and misinformation can be extremely distressing, and we urge all media platforms both online and offline to refrain from spreading rumours or unverified updates about his health. We also appeal to media platforms to remove any objectionable content or interviews based on his current condition and to respect his personal space as he focuses on recovery," the statement added.

Kanagaraj has made it clear that they are not endorsing any views expressed by certain individuals in interviews and "deny the same completely."

As per the unconfirmed reports, Shriram has been staying alone for over a year. The actor is upset as he has not been paid by some producers.
