Samantha Shares Cryptic Instagram Post, Tells People To Stay Away From Her, Naga Chaitanya's Personal Affair

Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently shared a cryptic message on Instagram, sparking debate. Her post read, "You don't have to do something huge to make a huge difference." This comes after Telangana minister Konda Surekha made controversial claims about Samantha's divorce from Naga Chaitanya. The former couple had previously issued statements denying these allegations.

Konda Surekha alleged that KT Rama Rao demanded Samantha be sent to him in exchange for not demolishing Nagarjuna's N-Convention Centre. According to Surekha, Samantha's refusal led to her separation from Naga Chaitanya. "KTR asked to send Samantha in return for not demolishing the N-convention centre. Nagarjuna forced Samantha to go to KTR, but she said no. That led to divorce," Surekha was quoted by a media report.

In response, Samantha issued a strong statement on Instagram. She expressed pride in her journey and urged Konda Surekha to be responsible with her words. "To be a woman, to come out and work, to survive in a glamorous industry where women are more often than not treated as props, to fall in love & to fall out of love, to still stand up and fight... It takes a lot of courage and strength," she wrote.

Addressing Surekha directly, Samantha added, "Konda Surekha Garu, I am proud of what this journey turned me into-please don't trivialise it. I hope you realise that your words carry significant weight as a minister. I implore you to be responsible and respectful of individuals' privacy."

Naga Chaitanya's Reaction

Naga Chaitanya also responded through social media, calling the divorce decision painful yet mutual. He stated that they parted ways due to differing life goals but maintained respect and dignity throughout the process. "The decision of divorce is easily one of the most painful and unfortunate life decisions one has to make. After a lot of thought, a mutual decision was made by me and my former spouse to part ways," he said.

Chaitanya further addressed the rumours surrounding their split as baseless gossip. He explained his silence was out of respect for his former spouse and family. "There have been various baseless and completely ridiculous gossips on the matter so far. I have remained silent all this while out of deep respect for my earlier spouse as well as my family," he added.
Nagarjuna's Legal Action

Nagarjuna confirmed legal action against Konda Surekha's claims. Speaking with Times Now, he revealed filing a criminal defamation case and planning another Rs 100-crore lawsuit against her remarks. He criticised her lack of apology towards his family despite retracting her comments about Samantha.

"We filed a criminal defamation case yesterday. We are in the process of filing another Rs 100-crore defamation lawsuit against her. Her outrageous comments cannot be allowed to slide under the crack," Nagarjuna stated.
