Now, AIADMK Leader Passes Derogatory Comments Against Trisha In Viral Video; Triggers Controversy
After Tamil actor Mansoor Ali Khan, AIADMK leader AV Raju made malicious comments against South Indian actress Trisha Krishnan and Karunas.
A video of his interview in which he made controversial comments against actresses in general and Trisha along with Karunas is doing rounds on social media, garnering a lot of criticism.

The said AIADMK functionary makes shocking allegations while targeting Salem West MLA G Venkatachalam. Days ago, AV Raju had accused Venkatachalam of cheating him Rs 40 lakh by promising government jobs.
Actress and social activist Dr MK Sharmila slammed the leader for his remarks and wrote, "What nonsense is this fellow talking? He is trying to tarnish the reputation of women in cinema for his personal vengeance... the entire media was camped outside Koovathur resort ... how is it possible to even take a popular actress there without any media attention."
A user on X urged Trisha to take legal action against the AIADMK functionary and wrote, "#Trisha should take proper legal action against these barbaric idiots who thinks that they can spread any rumors against actresses..[sic]"
On similar lines, another user commented, "Strictly condemning the ADMK functionary A. V. Raju for making false and baseless allegations against #Trisha. Women are soft targets for these morons. The reporters were stationed outside Koovathur resort. How could they bring a famous actress there without anyone noticing? Such baseless allegations can tarnish an individual's reputation and cause immense distress!
Trisha should sue him and take action against media that is sharing this rubbish!
And these Dravidian stock accounts pride themselves on being progressive but continue to be profoundly patriarchal and abuse women."
A few months ago, Tamil actor Mansoor Ali Khan had made objectionable comments against his 'Leo' co-star. In an interview, Khan had said that he had signed Vijay's 'Leo' believing that he would get "bedroom" scenes with Trisha, but the makers did not even show her on the sets. "When I heard that I was acting with Trisha, I thought there would be a bedroom scene in the film. I thought that I could carry her to the bedroom just like I did with other actresses in my earlier movies. I have done so many rape scenes in a number of movies and it's not new to me. But these guys didn't even show Trisha to me on the sets during the Kashmir schedule," ANI quoted him as saying.
