Is Sudeep Out Of 'Bigg Boss Kannada 11'? Kiccha Breaks Silence
For weeks now, there have been speculations that Sudeep will end his association with 'Bigg Boss Kannada' and that Colours Kannada will replace him with actor-director Rishab Shetty. Finally, the Sandalwood star actor has broken his silence on the issue.
At a press meet on Saturday, Sudeep said, "We are in talks. I've hosted this show for 10 years, dedicating a decade to it. When I say that, I truly mean it. While many know I host the show, they might not be aware of the effort that goes on behind the scenes.

For instance, while shooting for 'Max,' which often ran late into the night, ending around 3:30 or 4 am, I would then travel from Mahabalipuram to Bengaluru. If I arrived at the airport at that time, I had to wait for an hour. Once reaching Bengaluru, then it takes an additional two hours to reach home. To manage this, I used to fly on a charter plane at my own expense."
He continued, "Upon reaching Bengaluru, I was meeting my parents and then would head straight to the 'Bigg Boss' sets to watch episodes and shoot. This involved standing for long hours, resulting in a loss of sleep for about one to one and a half days. Sometimes, I wondered if I could adequately do justice to either the cinema or the reality show. Despite this, I've enjoyed the show and am committed to moving forward. We've had discussions, and we'll see where it leads."
As per the reports, Rishab Shetty is in talks to replace Sudeep. However, there is no official confirmation on the issue either from the channel or the actor.
On asking on the rumours of the channel looking for his replacement, he said, "I wish they were looking for someone."
Meanwhile, Sudeep will turn a year older on September 2. He will be announcing a few projects on his special day including the one with Anup Bhandari with whom he had worked in 'Vikrant Rona'.
