Did Samantha's Romance With Raj Nidimoru Begin Before His Divorce From Shhyamali De?

For months now, there have been plenty of rumours of Samantha and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru's relationship. These speculations have been further fuelled by social media posts of his ex-wife Shhyamali De's posts on social media.

While it was speculated that Raj entered into a relationship with Samantha even before he divorced Shhyamali De, a source has issued a clarification on the timeline of their relationship, saying she would not have got into a relationship without his legal separation from his first wife.

Samantha-Raj's Love Story

Deccan Chronicle quoted a source as saying: "He is formally separated. In fact, Samantha would never be in a relationship with someone who was not legally and emotionally free. Their relationship began after his separation, nearly two years ago, during a time when he was living independently."

Some reports had claimed that the filmmaker has children from his first marriage. "Reports claiming he has a daughter from his previous marriage are completely unfounded," the source stated and claimed that he has no children from his marriage with Shhyamali De.

Why Sam Is Silent On Relationship With Raj Nidimoru?

On Samantha's silence over the rumours on her relationship, the source claimed, "She has never felt the need to address speculation," and the actress "continues to maintain her privacy with dignity."

Samantha and Raj Nidimoru had worked together in Amazon Prime's hit webseries The Family Man season 2. As per the reports, he is eight years older than Sam.

The rumoured lovebirds are expected to make their relationship official. "They are deeply committed to each other and are looking to take the next step in their journey together," the source shared.

It has to be noted that Samantha was earlier married to Telugu actor Naga Chaitanya. They had a grand wedding in 2017. However, they parted ways in 2021.

Whereas Raj was previously married to Shhyamali De in 2015 and got separated in 2022.
