Mammootty has teamed up with Rahul Sadasivan who has a penchant for horror stories. They have collaborated for the first time for 'Bramayugam' which has hit the screens on Thursday.

Apart from Mammootty, it has Arjun Ashokan, Sidharth Bharathan, Amalda Liz, Manikandan R. Achari and others in the cast. The Malayalam movie has Christo Xavier's music, Shehnad Jalal's cinematography and Shafique Mohammed Ali's editing in the horror film.

Within the darkness of Kerala's dark ages, a haunting melody of freedom echoes as a singer flees the clutches of enslavement. Seeking solace and sanctuary, he stumbles upon a mysterious abode, veiled in magic and mystery. Welcomed by its enigmatic owner, the singer finds refuge but soon discovers that beneath the facade lies a sinister force, threatening to unravel his newfound peace.

Prepare to be spellbound by this mesmerizing journey into the heart of the ancient place, where legends come alive, and mysteries abound. It has to be noted that the movie has been entirely shot in black-and-white.

Forgot to mention the epic background score by Christo Xavier. One of the biggest positives of the movie.
