She paid £25,000 (₹25 lakh) to escape sex trafficking, a past she bravely addressed in an Instagram post tagged at Delhi's infamous GB Road.

Her followers were taken aback by her candidness about her past and her courage in sharing it. Trapped in prostitution for six years, Archita's escape was not only personal liberation but also an act of defiance. With the help of a survivor-led NGO, she didn't just free herself; she rescued eight other women too.

Archita is leveraging her platform to highlight the system she escaped from. Her content still garners attention but now carries messages of empowerment and advocacy. In 2023, she engaged with her followers through a poll where over 45,000 responded, highlighting child rescue and animal welfare as top concerns.

She followed through on her promise by donating £750 (₹75,000) to causes close to her heart: £300 (₹30,000) went to rescuing children from red-light areas and £450 (₹45,000) supported an NGO aiding abandoned animals. Though modest, these donations reflect an influencer using visibility for meaningful impact.
