Mamata warns TMC workers against pooling money for chit fund

Mamata also warned party workers not to collect money for chit fund companies or invest money with them.
On Friday at extended general council meet of the party, Mamata said she will leave the party if any of the workers raise funds for such companies.
"If I come to know about such things (fund raising), then I will not remain with the party," said the Trinamool chief.
Mamata concluded by saying that she and the party workers would rather beg on the streets to run the party using chit fund money. Party fnd will be raised through sale of pictures or posters, she added.
There are many rumours floating around that many Trinamool leaders including Mamata had close connections with Saradha group and its chief.
